As the People and Culture Manager at Saward Dawson, Mandy’s role is to support the business in achieving its goals through designing and implementing effective people and culture plans and programs.
Mandy’s role of trusted advisor to bring expertise and best practice principles in relation to Human Resource lifecycle processes and transformational initiatives that support the on-going attraction, development and retention of great talent.
Mandy primary focus is on continuously improving the value proposition and employee experience that Saward Dawson provides for our employees. This involves continuous evolution of our compliance and Human Resource systems and processes, supporting our recruitment, training and career development opportunities, remuneration management and implementing numerous enriching wellness initiatives.
Mandy is passionate about empowering our employees to be the best version of themselves and contributing to the supportive and motivating work culture that Saward Dawson represents.

of the office

Mandy is a mum to two teenagers and two toy poodles, Frankie and Holly. She goes keeps active by going to gym occasionally and walking the dogs.
