Digital Signing with Annature

1. When our firm requires your electronic signature on a form you will receive an email that looks like this:

2. Follow the instructions in the email to review your documents, you will be prompted to enter a two-factor authentication code sent to your mobile phone for an added layer of security.

3. Once you’ve entered your authentication code you will be presented with your electronic documents for you to read in full and sign where indicated by the blue tags:

4. Adopting a digital signature is easy, you can choose from one of the pre-generated signatures or you can choose to draw your own electronic signature by selecting the Draw your signature option.

5. Once you have signed in all places required you can scroll back to the top of the page and click Finish Signing.
