Grant Dawson

Grant has over 30 years experience, mostly with multinational organisations from a technical base of in Finance and Corporate Services.

He started his career with one of the major chartered accounting firms, before moving into commercial business, with mining, food processing and textile experience. He has worked as a C-level executive for nearly 20 years, including 5 years living in Hong Kong as regional CFO for a US-based multinational food producer.

He then transitioned to the For Purpose sector, spending 10 years in executive roles in international aid and development NGOs, including GM Corporate Services for one of Victoria’s largest aged care and welfare providers.

Grant has extensive experience in leadership, systems implementation, business modelling and acquisition / integration. He excels at finding creative solutions for today’s challenges, building teams and implementing change.
