We are looking for new team members (graduates recently completed or near completion) with an accounting major who are looking to start an exciting and dynamic career in advising and assisting clients in business, not-for-profit entities and individuals.
Our comprehensive training program will nurture your technical skills and we will provide opportunities to work with clients and gain experience by working directly with senior members of the firm. We will ensure that you will have the chance to develop all the professional competencies necessary to become a proficient Chartered Accountant.

A cadetship with Saward Dawson enables VCE graduates and university students the opportunity to combine paid employment in the accounting profession with their tertiary accounting studies. Cadets are often able to excel in their studies through the provision of challenging and varied work experiences within a flexible working environment.
Our cadetship program is a wonderful opportunity to work and learn at the same time. Our aim is to work with you to establish a good balance between working and studying.
We are able to offer vacation work to Uni students over the end of year period and during semester breaks.
Depending on the circumstances, students may be appointed to a single team or move around to various teams.
You will work normal office hours, five days a week and have many opportunities to get involved.
